The below table outlines delivery countires, approximate delivery times and prices. Please, remember that by making an order in Kirtikate you agee with our Terms & Conditions. 

Orders submitted before 2pm are usually shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the following business days, but not necessarily on the next one. Delivery times are approximate and may therefore sometimes differ from the actual delivery period.

If you are currently in Czech Republic or Slovakia, you can also make an order via our Czech website kitikate.cz.

Rest of Europe

Your Order Status

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we shall send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided us with, confirming that your order status has been changed. Any further information about the state of your shipment should be provided to you by the assigned delivery company. In case of any troubles do not hesitate to contact us via our e-mail info@kitikate.cz or at +420 704 855 460. 

Returns&Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you found a defect in it, you have the possibility to return the purchase within 14 days, starting from the day you received your order. You may either cancel your order or exchange a single product/several products from it. 

To announce your will to return your order/some products from your order or to report any detected defects, please, contact us via our e-mail info@kitikate.cz or directly at our telephone number +420 704 855 460. 

Please note that the shipping costs associated with returning your order will be reimbursed by us if: 

- you have identidied a defect in your product;
- the product/products did not meet your expectations. 

The shipping costs will have to be covered by you if:

- you are making a return of a non-defective product included into the same order for the second time.
